ZPER creates an innovative peer-2-peer financial ecosystem

WHAT IS ZPER?

This is a decentralized lending and investment platform developed based on blockchain technology aimed at creating an innovative peer-2-peer financial ecosystem. It intends to achieve this goal through a combination of P2P industry value and valuable asset data from different parts of the world.

ECOSYSTEM ZER

You already know that Zper is a decentralized ecosystem based on blockchain technology. What you may not know is the various individuals and companies that can be involved in P2P finance around the world without worrying about distance.

The following is a breakdown of how the ecosystem works.

Investors

These are individuals (or institutions) who are interested in generating profits. The thing is, they do this by investing;

P2P Finance Company

These companies are fully in control of everything related to investment. This includes managing reimbursement, assessing the borrower, and generating the loan. The management of loan and loan agreements differs from country to country. This is because it is related to the geographical location and cultural characteristics of a country.

Thus, it must be done in accordance with the laws of each country. Therefore, the need for P2P financial companies are experts in the lending business in their country.

Robo-Advisor Company

These individuals (or institutions) are promised to buy bad debts. They serve as guarantor for investors.

How do they do this?

They check the blockchain for loan information and apply based on the recommended rate that will guarantee the purchase. Loans that offer the best conditions through smart contracts will be selected. Individuals or institutions that promise to buy NPLs are usually required to pay a certain amount as a deposit. This is to prove the performance of their commitment.

Borrower

As the name implies, they are individuals, companies or businesses that apply for loans. While individuals do it for a variety of reasons that include, educational or housing costs, the company does it to raise money for business management or early funding.

They can apply their applications directly to P2P finance companies. Another option is to use a web or app service (Android and iOS) available on the Zper platform.

ZPER TOKENS (ZPR)

The Zper token is required for the maintenance and activation of the Zper ecosystem. That means, because the ecosystem appreciates, so does the Zper token. Participants and token holders may enjoy appropriate compensation.

Depending on the type of participants (individuals or businesses), users are required to have a certain amount of ZPR to ensure their commitment to the ecosystem. This is actually a requirement for registration. Details of this process can be found in the white paper.

Sales and Distribution of Token Zper

Total issuance in token sales is 3.500.000.000 ZPR. However, only 2,200,000,000 ZPR will be available for ICO, with pre-sales and crowdsale claiming 1,100,000,000 ZPR. While 50 per cent of tokens are allocated to token sales, the ecosystem should receive 22.3 per cent of tokens.

Seventeen percent of tokens will be allocated to the team behind the project and the advisor, while 10.7 percent goes into the reserves.

Hardcap and softcap are 48,000 and 5,000 ETH respectively. And the cryptocurrency received for the sale of this token is Ethereum.

Budget allocation
A larger percentage of the funds go into research and development, 40 percent of the funds to be exact. Strategy partners should receive 20 percent and 16 percent for business development.

Finally, the remaining 24 percent is used for operations and marketing, with marketing receiving a larger percentage of both (13.3 percent).

FUTURE ZPER

Based on the roadmap published in white paper, ZPR's future is clear. Crowdsale is expected to start in the second quarter of 2018, followed by the launch of the basic Wallet Zper service.

The third quarter of 2018 is more important, with the first stock listing taking place and partnerships extended to three countries. Some partners also get the opportunity to test the service of ZPEROBO.

However, full service is not launched until the fourth quarter of 2018. At this time, it is expected that ZPR exchange lists will be expanded and Open Market Services will be in Beta testing phase. The complete Zper Open Market service will be launched in the first quarter of 2019.
